Refund Policy

Please read this before you pay. In short: Keepta fees are non-refundable.
Setup fee
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable. As soon as your payment clears we begin creating and provisioning your shop, so the work the fee covers has already been done.
Yearly maintenance fee
The yearly maintenance fee is non-refundable, in full or in part. This applies even if you stop using Keepta or close your account before the year is over. Maintenance keeps your shop hosted, backed up, supported and updated for the whole period, whether or not you sign in.
Payments made in error
If you were charged twice for the same thing, or charged for a service that was never delivered, that is a payment error, not a refund of a service you received. Email us at support@keepta.ng and we will check it with Paystack and put right any genuine billing mistake.
Before you raise a chargeback
If something looks wrong on your bill, please contact us first. We can almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute, and a chargeback on a delivered service may lead to the account being suspended.
